| Q. How long can my audio/video clips be? |
| Ans. Because of performing rights issues all audio/video clips are automatically set to stop after 30 seconds. For this reason you may wish to edit your clip before uploading it. We would recommend Windows Movie Maker for this. It is very easy to use and comes free with Windows XP or above. |
| Q. What is the Maximum file size I can upload? |
| Ans. The maximum audio file sze you may upload is 750KB. The maximum video file size you may upload is 5MB. Files larger than this will not upload and will need to be edited down to this size (or smaller) before uploading. Please remember all audio/video clips will stop after 30 seconds regardless of file size. |
| Q. What are the acceptable file formats? |
| Ans. For audio acceptable file formats are mp3, wma, wav. For video acceptable file formats are avi, fly, mpeg, wmv, asf. |
